About This Event

4 Hours

This introductory workshop is designed to ease you into working with denim while building practical skills on professional industrial sewing machines. Over four hours, you’ll construct a durable, well-finished denim apron while learning the fundamentals of denim fabrication.

You’ll be guided through fabric handling, seam construction, top stitching, and reinforcement techniques commonly used in workwear and denim garments. The project is intentionally simple, allowing you to focus on clean construction, accuracy, and confidence at the machine.

This workshop is ideal for beginners with basic sewing skills who are curious about working with heavier fabrics and industrial equipment in a supportive, small-class setting.

By the end of the session, you’ll leave with a completed denim apron and a solid foundation for more advanced denim projects.
